In 1971, Marglen Industries began as a carpet manufacturer focused on quality materials. By the 1990s, we understood that quality alone wasn’t enough. If we wanted to succeed for the long term, we had to rethink the lifecycle of the materials we depended on.

So we reimagined our role, not just as manufacturers, but as stewards of resources. Today, we transform discarded plastic into high-performance materials, building a smarter, more circular system from waste to value.

    Founded on Quality Manufacturing

    Founded as a carpet manufacturer, establishing expertise in polymer processing, quality control, and large-scale manufacturing.

  • 1994

    First Step Into Recycling

    Commissioned our first bottle washing and grinding facility converting post-consumer PET into consistent industrial feedstock.

  • 2002

    Full Transition to rPET

    Transitioned entirely to environmentally focused rPET production with vertically integrated recycling and extrusion capabilities.

  • 2008

    Advanced, Vertically Integrated Solutions

    Scaled food-grade rPET, polyester fiber, and flake through advanced processing technologies and renewable energy.
